Unsealed LG-H990ds delivered [LG V20 Dual SIM LG-H990N - 296279]

I Received LG-H990DS on Nov-3-2007. However, I don't found seal tape any where of the phone box. Why phone box was opened before I received LG-H990DS from Expansys? So, I can't trust LG-H990DS and I want a refund for LG-D990DS

The LG V20 stock does not come with a seal. According to the information from our suppliers, some products do not come with seals for the importing and customs clearance processing concerns before the stocks arrived at our warehouse. We do not intentionally unseal any package before dispatching except those marked as B-Stock and Open Box.

I can not agree with your explanation. I've bought several smartphones from Expensys and Google. However, all the smartphones such as the Nexus 4, Nexus 5, Nexus 5X, SONY C6806, and Samsung Galaxy that were purchased overseas necessarily had sealed tape correctly attached to the product packaging box.Your explanation that seal tape can be removed for the purpose of customs clearance and product inspection is not common sense.Expensys credibility has fallen with your uncommon explanations. I once again ask for a refund of unusual products strongly and politely.

Please note that is the information as per our suppliers. The stocks we got from the suppliers are from the authorised dealers. We are just following what the authorised dealers and the suppliers advised us to do. The box does not come with a seal from the manufacturer does not mean it has been unsealed ever. If you have found any clue that the phone has been used or not new please let us know, we could make a claim from our suppliers for that.

If you want to claim a refund, please send your information by email to info@. In this case, that would be a non-defective return where the shipping fees will be borne by the customer and non-refundable according to our terms and conditions.
