Unsealed LG-H990DS phone box. [LG V20 Dual SIM LG-H990N - 296279]

I Received LG-H990DS on Nov-3-2007. However, I don't found seal tape any where of the phone box. Why phone box was opened before I received LG-H990DS from Expansys? So, I can't trust LG-H990DS and I want a refund for LG-D990DS.

The LG V20 stock does not come with a seal. According to the information from our suppliers, some products do not come with seals for the importing and customs clearance processing concerns before the stocks arrived at our warehouse. We do not intentionally unseal any package before dispatching except those marked as B-Stock and Open Box.
